At the end of June I ordered my "free" trial of acai burn. it stated that all I would have to pay is the shipping which was $4.95. a few days later I found I had been charged $26.76 for shipping which I was a little angry with as that is quite a bit more than $4.95! The package didn't arrive until two weeks later and i assumed the trial period started from when i received the product, which at present I haven't even tried as I have been un well.
