I am a vodafone cust from past 2yrs and on july 30th rs.69 was deducted from my a/c for the service which i have not activated and when called the cust care it was pathatic service what they provioded and they hung up when requested for supervisor and and the SR# is 1127489238 and the issue is not sorted out.
