I noticed an additional charge of $9.99 on my cell phone bill. I recently subscribed to a EVERYTHING "family plan" to avoid any additional charges on my phone bill each month. The charge appeared from a company named Cylon LLC: Alerts - Info Text 38146. When I contacted Sprint's customer service department they indicated that we had subscribed to products from this company.
