verizon fios is a rip off and a un-professional company. I think everyone on this complaint board should get together and file a law suit. they lied about the cost to get you to sign up, they lied about the ease of bundling everything and their customer service department is the worst I have dealt with. i do intend to seek attorney's advice for the problems they have caused me and the cost they have taken me for. read full review »
