Dear Sir/Madam, I am a reliance broadband customer. My Subscriber Id: 245595449213. I got this connection a few months back and have been regularly paying my bill. A month back, a reliance broadband agent once visited us and told us about a new reliance plan and told us that we could opt for the new plan.
