I work for a agency that takes care of handicapped people.We recently visited your hotel El Concistador in P.R.We had booked the reservations way in advance but when we arrived we did not have them.The six handicapped people that went with us were placed in different areas of the hotel.This was a problem for me because they required specail needs.Upon our departure from the hotel I encountered problem with the way things we done when we first checkedin which made it difficult to checkout.I spent 3hrs. checking out .Your manager kept walking... read full review »
