I've been a customer of T-Mobile for many years now, from back when they were VoiceStream in the US. I've suffered mediocre wireless coverage and customer service for the past few years after moving, out of sheer loyalty and a hope that things would get better. I've complained about the coverage (I live in a "covered" area), and have been told it is probably my phone or home construction.
