Same story. I called to get a subscription when I got the new car. After the year was up, I did not renew. I had a new credit card, so they couldn't charge me without my knowledge or permission, fortunately. They sent the account to CCA, their collection agency. Hopefully the State of Florida has a procedure to file a complaint. From what I've read all over the Internet, there is no point in making further calls t them. I probably would have purchased a subscription to their service in the future, but after this experience, it will be a cold day in hell before I deal with them again. Mitch read full review »
