I returned a video via the drop off box. I was then notified by the store that it had not been removed. I asked them to look for it on three different occasions. They claimed it was not in the store and they would charge my account for the full movie and restocking fee. My questions are why would they charge me full price for a used movie and then not take off the amount that I had paid to rent it. Why am I paying a restocking fee if they "don't have" the movie. read full review »
