I am an old customer of airtel and i am the firs retailer in my village and had most supported airtel than any retailer done here. On 13-07-2009 i decided to divert my incoming call to my another airtel number for my convience, and i made an offer echarge to reduce the call rate to the diverted number as advised by the customer care.
