i received sneaks on 7/23 from the above. the sneaks were much too big so i sent them an e-mail immediately. i did not hear from them so i sent another e-mail on 7/24. NOTHING! i contacted paypal since they are listed on the web site of the seller and i went through them to pay for the sneaks. they cannot help me. does anyone know how i can get this seller to return my money for a lousy product that they sent me? read full review »

I ordered a pair of sneakers size US5.5 (Eur6). I received a pair of sneakers that are not the correct size. The sneaks fall off my feet. They are at least one and a half sizes too big. I contaced the company as soon as I received them. NO REPLY. I contacted them again the next day, still NO REPLY!! It seems that I have no recourse in this matter since they will not discuss their mistake with me. I am out $86.99, which is not the way we do business in the United States. If anyone else has had problems with this company and you were able to resolve them, please post so I can follow the steps you took. thank you. read full review »
