I booked my flight 3K521 online from Singapore to Taipei-return on 30th Jul 2009. On the day of my flight, i.e. 7th August at 0945hrs LT, I was informed by an sms that my flight is cancelled and call 8006161977 for refund. No reasons were given on sms. I called this number atleast 10 times before it was picked up by a gentleman who was so rude in replying. He said Jetstar did not cancel the flight, it was the typhoon in Taipei that made them cancel the flight. He started giving me options for travelling other days.
