I also order the same product and receive the same thing. Paid for the shipping and handling but a couple weeks later I was charged the 45.99. I trying calling for several days and was placed on hold for almost an hour each time. Then on 01/07/09 I spoke with a lady on their customer service line after holding for 33 mins.
