I experience the worst costumer service in the world ever. I booked my car for service and usually you get a text mg the day before but I didn't. I called BMW Angmering to confirm the booking. This was 9::30am and I was told someone will get back to me. At 2pm i called again and this time the receptionist was borderline rude and she said somebody will call back when they are free and with that she hangs up on me.
