I have had the same problem with viv3, i ordered the free trial and entered my credit card details as asked i did not spot the small print, as soon as i noticed the payment taken from my account i rang customer services and was promised that the account would be closed and money refunded, that was on the 13.07.09. i had an email back stating that they would look into my account and refund me in full, that has not happend, the account has not been closed and i have again been charged for goods i don't want.
