I have a HDFC Bank credit card (#5243681100527954). I was keep paying the minimum balance & many times more than that regularly for the dues, as per the statement. I failed paying for 1 month in between. There were a few calls and the guy called from the bank (airport road branch, Banagalore) promised that he will send a collection executive to collect the money.I was waiting for him for about two or three days, but he never turned up.
