Last March I wrote a check for $44.90 for a two year; (May/2009 – May/2011) subscription renewal for the magazine, Casino Player published by a Glenn Fine who signed the “please renew now” letter as publisher. The toll free subscription number was given as 800-969-0711 and the address as 8025 Black Horse Pike, Suite 470, West Atlantic City, NJ, 08232-2950. On July 10, 2009, I found an offer for two 14 day trials of different tooth whitening products with coupons for reduced shipping and handling on a consumer ideas website accessed through CNN.com. I ordered both 14 day trials. Since there is no way I could afford the full price of the products, I cancelled them both within 4 days of receipt, 7 and 10 days after ordering respectively.
