had great experience in past so I agreed to get the BEHOLD as a birthday gift Had problems within the fist week they replaced it had same problem wtih the second phone (powering up ) so I brought it back to the store 15 days from original purchase and they would not exchange the phone for a different model seeing how i had recieved 2 bricks instead of a great phone that I had hoped and was told I had passsed the warranty date and they would not help in any way. Except make me fill ashamed ans embaraced that I came to them with a defective device. read full review »
