Great TV until the picture went blank after just 18 months. The audio continued but I would have gotten a better discreption of the ballgame on radio. Of course it was out of warranty and I did not buy the extended coverage offered by Best Buy due to the high cost. I contacted Samsung and they required a copy of my receipt which I faxed them the same day to a number in Texas, and they promised to call me upon receipt of it.
