Hi. We wish to Report the CZ electric company who provide electricity in the Vidin Region. We only have this one company here providing electric and they think they can do whatever they like with regards to Over charging families with young children such as ourselves, cutting us off for months..we are still CUT OFF ! We are very worried about the winter, how we will survive without electricity? We think it comes under the HUMAN RIGHTS LAW and is possibly ILLEGAL for this company to behave like this.?
