I ordered a "free" sample online and was supposed to be charged shipping only fees for the product. Enclosed were two other items that were charged to my card without permission and now I have received another bottle with another charge of $44.90 which I did not order. What a scam. I tried their 1-888-692-8352 number only to be put on hold for over 75 minutes due to such heavy volume of calls (due to complaints like mine I'm sure). I want this stopped.
