City Of Antioch Hired a Vessel Salvage Company to destroy the old ferry boat called the San Diego Ferry ( Coronado ) the city bought this boat for 3 million dollars several years back then gave it away to a man called tom Trost who illegally moored the ferry on Decker Island, City of Antioch never did a release of liability with D M V now they have a hired a rouge company to bring it back and destroy the 3 million dollar tax payers paid several years back .
