I just want to complain regarding to my lost Sim card I already called to customer service regarding to this matter and they told me that this is possible to replace a new one but i have to provide some requirements such as 2 valid ID, afivadavit of lost and simcard casing.the thing is more that 10 years ko ng ginagamit yung sim card na nawala so hindi ko maiprovide yung simcard casing na hinihingi nla wala bang consideration sa mga ganung cases ang akin lang eh maibalik yung number na matagal ko ng ginagamit which is really important for me... read full review »
