I ordered a book and gave my credit card #. they charged my acct for the book. a few days later they charged my acct for another $19.95. I called and asked why they took more money from my account and they said I had a 3 day trial membership for discounted books and the membership fee is $19.95/month. My 3 days ended the previous day. I saw nothing about joining a discounted book club. I told her to cancel immediately. I lost $19.95. Why would anyone pay such a fee monthly to order books at discount? It is ridiculous. I ended up getting a comic book( I thought it was supposed to be a real book) for $4.24 plus the $19.95 fee. What a ripoff! read full review »
