I've booked for a chronograph watch in India Today Book Club on 22 April 2009 for Rs.3199/- using my citi bank credit card reference number 75176379113. After one month they were sending something else which I sent back via DTDC as they've asked me and they received that on 22 June. But so far I've not received the item. Everytime I contact the customer care they tell me within one week I will receive the item.
