My payment was late and I received a notice to pay by August 5th to avoid interruption of service. I called and PAID my past due balance on the 4th (I was out of town taking care of sick grandparents, and my house-sitter told me about the notice). On the phone the customer service rep informs me that everything's already been shut off with sort of a "too bad so sad" type attitude.
