I had to have my car serviced, and they financed me through Ge money bank. My first two payments they sent to the wrong address. they finally called, i gave them the correct address, but still had to pay late fees. i have been paying online with geonline, but when i tried this month, it came up wrong password or user name, both of which i typed in correctly 3 times with the same results. I'm really disgusted with ford for using this company. someone does need to do something about them!!! read full review »
