What the heck is with this airline customer services. I just want to talk to a customer service representative to change a name in my itinerary, but the automated system just gives me the run around without providing a solution. Is it so hard to add a number to just send me direct to a customer service rep without all the hassle of a stupid fucking idiot automated system??!!
