I entered the empty lobby of this McDonalds at 7:30pm. A manager was at the front and talking on a cell phone. She refused to serve me. She ignored me. I was standing there with my two young children ages 5 and 2. We were never greeted or acknowledged at all. They acted as though we weren't there .
