Resp. sirs, I have purchased washing machine executive elite in 2005 from surat. since I have been transfer from surat to valsad, I have intimated about my change address. I have complained on7/8/09 comp.No: 3347221 but since no visit or any intimation is made. I am always recomend to purchase IFB product. I don't know what to do? we are hang on with our daily work with appliances which we have bought for our facilities. we are from middle class and we have invested such amout that we should have best and superior quality and service.
