I recently returned back from deployment and decided to take my my wife and son to Disney World. Unfortuately I'm up for deployment again soon. I called to cancel my reservation with Smart Circle and it was refused. The supervisor told me that the military isn't special and no refund would be given. I spent $119.00 and the advertisement didn't mention that the reservation was non-refundable. It breaks my heart to know that other soldiers could be booking with this company. read full review »
