I also got the supposed free trial! Until i received my credit card bill. They had taken $283.07 AUD out of my credit card without my permission. I have just got of the phone with their customer servie people who are no help and told me they had cancelled everything but i would not receive a refund. I have also alerted my credit card company as to what they have done and to stop any more attemps to take money out of my visa.
