Hi, My Name is Vijay. i bought an apartment with aaratukulam builders. they very bad while executing the contract. they constructed the apartment and after construction they said that there is more sq.ft. than what we actually said in the contract and theu charged Rs.1 lakh. and when asked to them about this they were very arragont and raising noise to us. in the end they refused to register the flat if we don't pay and we were forced to apy. read full review »
