Placed an order on line on 6th July 2009. I had an email come back saying 2 weeks. Then nothing. Sent dozens of emails chasing them and eventually I got a terse email stating "it was sent - go and speak to your post office" and that was that!! I have since chased them again and again but nothing. I then manged to find a telephone number on the web but this just rings and rings and rings!
