I did a serive update on my W850i phone which i've owned for over 3 years, over the years i have collected between 10 - 15 games via Vodafone internet, plus photo of friends and family and music for walkman on phone. When i Turned on my mobile after update everything had been WIPED off my mobile. I called Vodafone to find out what i could do, they then gave me Sony Ericsson direct number 08705237237.
