8-15-05 was purchase date since then numerous service calls(sears repaireman is good at his job), however now that football season is here, for the second time the same problem comes up and I am wihtout my tv last time it broke your man came, ordered parts made repaires +was gone, now he has to take that particular part with him, and have it overhauled, My complaint is, Why did I buy insurance? if parts are hard to come by, why do I not have a tv? this tv has had nothing but problems ever since I got it.I am fed up with sears +Hitachi unless something is done soon I`m going elseware to do bussiness! read full review »
