I took a Private Investigation class through Penn Foster in 2007, and put $150 down towards it and each mth I paid $39. After a couple financial arised I couldn't afford the program. I called them and wanted to work something out and they refused so I had to cancel. They worked out where if I paid the cancelation fee that would be it. Later that year I checked my credit report and I was informed that they charged me the cancelation fee any way. I called them to see what was going on and they were so rude.
