I have been going rounds with First Data Global leasing since FEb-09 when our lease terminated with them. They are fully aware of the fact that we have not used their services since 2007 yet we fulfilled the monthly obligations of our lease term. In February 09 I contacted them, they informed me of the address to return the terminal, I included all the data I was instructed to, terminal ID, Merchant ID, as assigned tracking number and sent it to the address they indicated.
