Same as others - they offered "free sample" with charge of 5.95 - they charged my credit card for 44.95 in November and then again in Dec - its a monthly charge. When you call toll free number you are told that due to high demand for product wait time is "X" minutes - and shortest wait time has been 16 minutes!
