I enrolled for an advanced Bachelor degree program and a week before I started decided to cancel my application. I was assured everything would be taken care of and my pending approved student loans would not be requested. 2 weeks later I am bombarded with emails and calls asking if I needed help logging in etc. I realized this hadnt been taken care of.
