I placed an order through an add call Abby's Diet Journal on July 10, 2009. I was told that the product would arrive on July 14, 2009 but it was not received until July 24, 2009. There is the 14 day free trial period already. They tell you that you have an account with them; when you don't, should of called to extend trial period, and everything is clearly stated on their website (what website?)
