I filed a claim with Choice Home Warranty on 6-8-09 for my oven. They sent a technician out that could not repair the oven and said part were no longer available. Choice contacted me about 2 weeks later with a very low offer to settle the claim rather than replacing the oven as the warranty states. They tried to tell me it could be fixed even though their technician said it can't. They told me I could wait 2-3 months for them to aquire the parts to fix it or accept their low offer.
