On March 17, 2009, I applied for a grant through GWRN working with MIA DILLARD. She would call me regularly with my application needs. I had trouble with my bank's taking the $1100. out in one transaction, so Mia supposably talked to her supervisor and she lowered the amount down to $995.00.
