The real question is: HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK????? AND< WHEN????? I have called the phone number and get this "due to the popularity of our product, there is an extended waiting time of 40 minutes and 3 seconds." Yesterday, it was 24 minutes and 45 seconds. I'm going to assume that most of these calls are for a product we ordered called AcaiPure that was supposed to be free with only a $4.95 shipping and handling fee attached. I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure and Hoodia in December 2009. I had no idea I was going to get a very expensive fitness letter to boot for $29.95, and continued billing of AcaiPure. I called in December after I got the first bill and asked why I got billed and their answer was to pay for the Hoodia. At that time, I asked them to cancel everything. I just became awidow in Ocotober of 2008. My charge card can't handle these types of charges, expecially those I specifically asked to have cancelled.
