Hi I brought a Cannon Camera (SX100is) from http://www.smartshoppers.in/ via siffy mall on 9 of August 2009. I faced lence error after 11 months and I have sent it to them for repair. I first tried to get the camera serviced at the cannon authorised service shop. Cannon was ready to cover the camera underwarranty but we did not had Manufacturer warranty we were forced to sent the camera to http://www.smartshoppers.in/.
