To whom it may concern: Im writing in connection about my high disappointment with 1Time service and help. I use 1Time regularly but after yesterdays flight, service, help and disorder that was caused i feel very sceptical about ever using 1Time again. i had a return ticket to fly back to Cape town From Johannesburg at 4:30 Yesterday.
