I have purchased HTC P3400i mobile phone on 23rd october 2008 and my receipt number is :2012002288 After 10 months my phone automatically got off in the morning and after consulting the customer care center at okhla, they said that moisture went inside the phone and hence any type of liquid damage occoured and it will be repaired in Rs 7000. I dont know what type of company is this. I myself will not put moisture inside my phone.
