I ordered a "free" bottle online on Nov. 11. It had not come when my credit card security company called me Nov. 26 and asked if I had authorized an amount of $89.31. They gave me a toll free number to call. A young woman named Hannah said that I had agreed to the charge when I did not call or email within 15 days. I protested loudly that i HAD and had a print-out to prove it. Silence, and then she said my cancellation number was 1708310. To date (December 8) I have no record of any credit to my account.
