only ordered a free trial and was supposed to charged only shipping and handling. To my suprise I was charged 72.21 that I had not authorized. I called and was told that the money is not refundable, I also told them that I have received nothing by e-mail or regular mail. I got nowhere this is wrong, this is outright theft. read full review »
