I also bought a RCA tv less than a year ago and it just went silent and blank all of a sudden. I had to take it to their service centre myself and it has been over 2 mnths now they have not given me my replacement.They keep saying the highest dept is dealing with it-thompson of course and those ones say they are waiting for my replacement to come from RCA.wot's up with these people? I do not advise anyone to buy a RCA product.They will frustrate you.I am going to sit on their neck until they give me my TV. read full review »
